Adventure Dude
Project Overview
Adventure Dude hit us up with a big dream: launch Cyprus’s first-ever floating water park and create a brand that would stand out. With no market data to work with, we jumped in to figure out who’d vibe with the park. We built a solid brand strategy, designed a killer visual identity, and brought the mascot to life. Then, we cooked up a marketing plan, social media strategy, and pricing to make sure Adventure Dude made a massive splash in Protaras.
Market Research
Market Research
We kicked things off by hitting the ground running. We talked to tourists, locals, and nearby businesses to get the inside scoop on who’s rolling into Protaras and what gets them hyped. All that info gave us the perfect starting point to make something that would speak directly to the right crowd.
Competitor Analysis
With no floating parks to compete with, we scoped out 75+ indirect competitors—from massive water parks to every water sport in the area. We checked out their marketing moves, decoded their pricing hacks, and found the places where Adventure Dude could swoop in and make its mark.
Business Strategy
Business Strategy
We linked up with the team to lock down the perfect business strategy. The mission? Make Adventure Dude the ultimate go-to spot for thrill-seekers and sun-chasers, while staying true to that eco-friendly, adventurous vibe.
Pricing Strategy
Pricing was key—we had to figure out what tourists were ready to drop and what locals could actually afford. So, we came up with wristband options that hit just right for everyone: hourly, half-day, and full-day rates. Plus, we rolled out a loyalty program called Splash Squad, where guests rack up points for cool perks like free hours or VIP upgrades.
Strategic Partnerships & B2B Contracts
Next up, we went full-on hustle mode, sealing deals with schools, universities, tourist boat operators, and local hotels. We gave each partner slick co-branded promos and a cut of every ticket sold—no ad spend required. Easy win.
Marketing & Brand Strategy
Marketing Plan
With the foundation in place, we cooked up a killer marketing plan. Digital marketing, B2B partnerships, and everything in between. The goal? Build massive hype, fill up those group bookings, and make Adventure Dude the top splashy destination in Cyprus.
Brand Strategy
We got busy shaping the brand strategy—bold, fun, and adventurous. It wasn’t just about a water park; it was about creating an experience that’s unforgettable. And it had to be eco-friendly, too.
Visual Identity
Once the strategy was locked, we crafted a visual identity that was alive and buzzing with energy. Bold colors, fun vibes, and everything screaming “adventure.”
Brand Mascot Development
Now that the brand vibe was set, we brought the mascot to life. It wasn’t just a character—it became the face of Adventure Dude, the symbol of fun, freedom, and adventure. We built an entire story around it, making sure it captured everything the park stood for.
Content & Social Media Strategy
We cooked up some epic ideas to take over the feeds. We suggested sneak peeks of float assembly, behind-the-scenes shots of wipeout trials, and mascot bloopers to build excitement. Then we came up with the #CaptainDudeSplashOff challenge—an idea where fans would post their wildest water stunts for a chance to win free passes. All these concepts were set to get the buzz rolling and keep Adventure Dude on everyone’s radar.
Website Development
Website Development
When it was time to bring the Adventure Dude website to life, we went full UI/UX wizard mode. The site was sleek, mobile-first, and super easy to navigate—no more squinting at tiny calendars or weird booking forms. Just smooth sailing from browsing to booking.
UI/UX
We made sure the whole user experience felt smooth, easy, and intuitive. Everything was designed to keep things flowing from start to finish. Booking a day of adventure? No problem, it’s a breeze.
Tracking System
We set up a custom tracking system so nothing slipped through the cracks. Every ad, every partner link, every click—tracked. We built a real-time dashboard to keep an eye on ticket sales, ROI, and all the numbers that matter.
With these four phases locked in, Adventure Dude is ready to make some serious waves—capturing every sun-seeker, thrill-chaser, and treasure-hunter who rolls into Protaras
