With a team of experienced and specialized professionals, Razi Insurance has offered services in various fields, including life, automobile, health, travel, fire, engineering, cargo, and liability insurance.
The Client's Journey
Razi Insurance was searching for a way to promote itself, increase awareness, and boost sales, all while standing out as a unique brand. The challenge? The insurance industry is known for its serious tone, making it hard to connect with audiences in an appealing way. That’s why we proposed a 360 comprehensive campaign to Razi, packed with various elements to make them truly memorable.
What We Did
Market Research
To tackle such a large-scale project, we started with in-depth research. We needed to fully understand Razi Insurance’s offerings, market position, and competitive advantages. With their help, we gathered valuable insights into their services and business plans.
Next, we analyzed the entire insurance market, focusing on competitors, their brands, marketing efforts, and advertising strategies. This competitor analysis gave us a clear picture of the strengths and weaknesses within the industry. We also studied customer demographics, needs, concerns, and expectations, which helped us develop a well-informed plan and strategy.
Marketing and Branding Strategy
Once we had a solid understanding of the market, we began brainstorming innovative and creative ideas. We held multiple meetings with the Razi Insurance team to refine these ideas and transform them into long-term strategies and short-term plans.
Our comprehensive strategy covered various marketing and branding methods, utilizing channels like TV ads, social media, online advertising, SMS campaigns, and more. We broke down our strategies into three key sections: branding, marketing, and advertising campaigns, and documented everything to guide our next steps.
Brand Corporate Identity Design
With the strategy in place, we moved on to designing all the necessary assets based on the brand identity. Our design teams got to work creating everything from the organization’s visual identity—colors, fonts, slogans, visual elements, and more—to internal and external branding materials. This included logos, UI designs, print and seasonal advertising materials, corporate letterheads, stands, packaging, catalogs, and business cards. We also documented guidelines to ensure consistent use of design elements across all teams.
Brand Mascot
We identified the need for a brand character to enhance Razi’s marketing efforts. Creating this mascot wasn’t just about design; it required a compelling story. We developed an iconic tiger character that aligns perfectly with Razi’s values and vision.
This tiger represents strength, capability, agility, modernity, and trustworthiness. Its athletic build balances power and approachability, while its kind demeanor makes it relatable and trustworthy. The cartoonish and whimsical design ensures that the character appeals to people of all ages.
Campaign Development & A-Z Execution
We designed and executed numerous campaigns for Razi Insurance over two years, using a mix of offline and online platforms. Each campaign required a variety of content, including creative video content for TV and social media, banners for ad networks, text content for articles, physical banners for events, and street billboards.
Most campaigns were omnichannel, requiring tight coordination between our teams and Razi’s. We integrated viral marketing strategies in social media campaigns while running paid ads. The Razi Insurance website played a key role in these campaigns, so we designed multiple landing pages to capture leads and enhance the customer journey.
